Eliot Street Center is a 20-unit mixed-use development near the Denver Highlands. The project features over 9,000 SF of commercial space on the first floor and two floors of market rate apartments with a rooftop deck amenity. The structure is unique in that it features a floor of steel and wood in lieu of a podium deck above the parking structure.
