Since its founding in 2014, Bristlecone Construction has delivered detailed solutions for complex projects that are too large for smaller construction firms and too nuanced for larger, volume-driven contractors. Our project teams bring experience across multiple market sectors and have successfully completed projects ranging from $500k to $80M.
As the general contractor, we understand the importance of finding a balance in pre-construction efforts by assisting in leading the design process from a schedule perspective while still allowing time for the creative process required for a successful project. Our role is primarily to steward the project through the design and permitting phase while keeping all stakeholders informed of impacts from design decisions and changes in the construction market.
The nature of a General Contractor’s role in the construction process is to solve problems and manage teams.
